Natural sources of calcium

Following is a list of common foods with calcium content. Make a copy of this list and keep it on hand to help you plan your meals. The chart lists each calcium source with its corresponding calcium content in milligrams (mg). Total fat content in grams (g) has also been included for those who want to monitor their fat intake as well. Serving size is in metric with imperial equivalents and includes milliliters (mL), cups and tablespoons, grams (g) and ounces.
