Are plantar warts contagious to the genital area?
Dr. Vivien Brown's Response
No. Plantar warts do not affect mucus membranes that are in the genital area and overall are not usually seen in the skin of this region.

- Can a woman get HPV by having oral sex with a man? How big are the chances?
- Can HPV vaccination reverse the effects of HPV for someone who has already been diagnosed with cervical cancer?
